In Finland, a food delivery robot operated by the S Group encountered trouble while navigating a snow-covered sidewalk in Pasila, Helsinki. Due to the slippery conditions, the robot veered off course and collided with a parked car, causing scratches to both vehicles.

A passerby, who chose to remain anonymous, witnessed the incident and assisted by moving the robot onto the road. However, upon being placed on solid ground, the robot continued its journey and fled the scene.

The witness reported the incident to the emergency center, describing it as a "traffic accident." After being notified by the emergency operator, the police got in touch with the witness to gather further information about the incident.The police remarked that this was a unique case in their experience.

The S Group is presently conducting an investigation into the incident with the aim of identifying its cause and implementing measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
