Hailie Jade Mathers is now officially a married woman!
The 28-year-old daughter of rapper Eminem announced her blissful wedding day on Instagram on May 20th.
The newlywed revealed that she tied the knot with her longtime partner, Evan McClintock, during the weekend. She shared five photos from the wedding ceremony and the festivities that followed.
"Starting off as a wife this week," her Instagram caption reads. "We couldn't have asked for a more perfect and gorgeous weekend celebration. There were tears of joy, laughter, and so much love. Evan and I are incredibly thankful for all the family and friends who came to support us and join us in this exciting new chapter as a married couple."
Mathers' Instagram post kicks off with a snapshot of the "Just a Little Shady" podcaster and her spouse exchanging vows in front of an officiant. The trio stands beneath a doorway adorned with elegant white flowers.
The following picture captures the couple driving away in a vintage white convertible. Subsequent shots focus on individual portraits of McClintock and Mathers. The latter showcases Mathers in a mermaid-style gown featuring a strapless sweetheart neckline and a skirt adorned with gathered ruffles. She accessorizes with a flowing cathedral-length veil, stud earrings, and holds a bouquet of white and cream blooms.
Instagram users flooded the comments section with congratulations and best wishes for the newlyweds.
"I wish this day, and more importantly, this journey, fulfills all your dreams," penned Mathers' sister, Alaina Marie Scott. "You deserve every bit of it."
"I might not know you personally, but I feel like I've known you forever," expressed another user. "Heartiest congratulations to both of you!"
Numerous users were eager for more insights into the celebration, particularly requesting photos of her father, Eminem (Marshall Mathers), from the big day. Mathers, who is the rapper's second child with ex Kim Scott, has been referenced in several of his songs over the years, including the 2002 hit “Hailie’s Song.”
"Could we get a glimpse of Em walking you down the aisle?" queried one user.
"Where's the GOAT?" echoed another, referring to Eminem's status as one of the greatest of all time in hip-hop.
Mathers and McClintock got engaged in February 2023 after being in a committed relationship for many years.
When they announced their engagement, Mathers shared the moment on Instagram, showcasing McClintock's surprise proposal as he got down on one knee.
