Raquel Leviss has asserted that the supposedly explicit video Ariana Madix came across on Tom Sandoval's device, which exposed their long-term affair, was filmed without her consent and she is now considering taking legal action should any of her Vanderpump Rules costars divulge it.
Reportedly, the lawyers of the former beauty queen sent letters to some of Leviss' costars and friends, warning against obtaining or disseminating the footage, stating the recording "was done without Raquel's knowledge or consent."
The document is going a step further by evidently informing the fellow reality stars about the punishments should the video be posted on any social media platform or transferred to any other party. Even though the letter does not single out Tom Sandoval as the one who filmed the footage, according to insiders, Sandoval and Leviss were the sole two people in the video.
The document also instructs that any person who holds the footage should delete it from their device and cautions: "This should be taken absolutely seriously."
Lala Kent fired back at the letter on an Instagram Story, discovered by Queens of Bravo on Tuesday, March 7. She declared, "Raquel, let your attorney know that documents should be sent to my attorney. It's never happened before that a lawyer contacted me in my personal email."
Tomorrow, the vast majority of the cast is planning to meet and film in order to divulge their thoughts on Raquel and Sandoval's relationship. Everybody is shocked and totally heartbroken for Ariana.
