Kathie Lee Gifford remains tight-lipped about her romantic life, as she made clear in a recent interview with "Entertainment Tonight." When asked about her relationship status by interviewer Rachel Smith, the former YEPPOST co-host responded, “I’m not saying a word.” She emphasized that her personal life is private and not for public speculation.
Gifford expressed that if she were to enter into another marriage, she would keep it under wraps until much later. “I’m so convinced that if the Lord brings another beautiful man into my life, I am not going to talk about it,” she stated. “We’ll probably get married privately and announce it to the world a year later so that nobody’s opinion matters.”
During the interview, Gifford confirmed she wasn’t wearing a wedding ring and joked about her left hand being “as naked as a left hand could be.” She also dismissed rumors suggesting she could be the first “Golden Bachelorette,” saying, “I’m not getting in the hot tub with anybody. And I don’t believe that I could, in a matter of weeks, fall madly in love with somebody.”
In a light-hearted moment, Gifford mentioned her former fourth-hour co-host Hoda Kotb, playfully saying, “I vote for Hoda!”
